BLAG This scheme provides access to Bolton University library for public library users, health and social care workers and local sixth form students. For full details see http://www.bolton.ac.uk/learning/issuedesk/access/blag.htm LEARN Wider access to LEARN CHESHIRE county's public libraries, colleges and the University of Chester have joined forces with like organisations in neighbouring Halton, Warrington and Wirral in a new cooperative venture called LEARN - Libraries for Educational Access Regional Network. Members from any of the libraries involved will be able to use any other library in the partnership across Cheshire and the neighbouring participating areas, simply by producing an introductory letter which their home library will provide.
